Health happiness is manifested through feeling. We must learn to feel good and listen to ourselves. If you can take time out every morning to shut your eyes and think about all the things that you are grateful for.

This positive thought should put a smile on your face. Hopefully if you can smile for one minute a day through this positive thought then you will have started off the day with health happiness at the for front of your days achievements.

Health happiness is about getting rid of negativity. We are all affected by the power of attraction and if we think in a negative way we attract negative thoughts. If we think that something bad will happen then we are in fact expecting something bad to happen and by trying to avoid it the power of attraction is bringing it closer to us.

Health happiness is all about positive thought and these thoughts are manifested through feeling good. The better we feel the more the power of attraction will bring more good feelings to us.

If we are feeling negative then it is best to try and alter this straight away. Put on a favourite piece of music or take a walk in a beautiful area. Speak to a dear friend or spend time with your pet animal. Animals give such unconditional love that they will turn your negative thoughts into posivie thoughts and then you can move on.

We have thousands of thoughts a day and by only thinking in a good way we will maintain our health happiness.

The sayings misery loves company and the day has gone from bad to worse are actually true.

These things really do happen because our negative thoughts and actions have attracted more negative thoughts and actions. In an extreme case bad health attracts more bad health.

We need to learn how to always think in a way that gives us health happiness. It is so good to feel good and we must try and recreate the feel good factor so that it is with us during our waking hours. I say that because when we are asleep we do not have thoughts so it is important to fall asleep with a feel good thought so that it is there for us whilst we sleep.

There are many books on this subject and one of the best is The Secret. There really are things we can do to achieve health happiness and these are all detailed in this amazing book.
