It’s critical to distinguish between the skill of performance and the skill of leading the performance. Some people are born leaders. They have effective management qualities imbibed in them. 5.There is always a willingness to take initiative in a capable leader. Leadership caliber can be found from the way a person takes his or her responsibility.

6.Mental toughness is another quality of an effective leader. One of the most effective leadership attributes is that of mental toughness. No one can lead without being criticized or without facing discouragement. A potential leader needs mental toughness to deal with such situations.
