Try and alter your mood by playing some of your favourite music or spending time with your pet. Animals give such unconditional love that they should lift your negative thoughts. By making these thoughts positive you will find that what could have been a bad day because of the bad weather is now a good day because of the nice music you have played or the love you have received from your pet. Both of these have lifted yur mood and given you positive motivation.

Positive motivation means that anything you want is achievable. It really is in your mind so do not be afraid to ask for it. Think of what you want and mentally experience the joy of receiving it. Try and visualise driving your top of the range sports car or living in your huge mansion.

This positive thought will give you positive motivation and you will find that these thoughts will actually happen.
