Many wrongly believe that time management consists only of creating a list of appointments and goals and checking them off. Indeed, these steps are one foundation of success for time management in the workplace . However there is more involved in becoming successful and developing this skill.

Getting the support and help from those who work with you are important steps toward being successful as well. If there are rifts between you and your coworkers it will be much more difficult to complete tasks. No man is an island.
